Not recommended

After two weeks with vistapages, and still trying to upload my files, I requested my money back. They give a 30 day money back guarenteed. But since I asked my money back, they have not given me a response in 3 days. its like they deliberately ignore the request. Some files would not upload at all, others would only upload half of the time. I would try to re upload several times, everytime there was different files missing or corrupted. Their technical support respond to that, "our servers dont have issues". A couple of times I was not able to connect at all. Feedback is very poor. They have not let me know when my domain was up. I had to check regularly myself. My last impression, is that this company is been run by one person or very limited staff. I have got technical support from the same person everytime. Last response made no sense at all and by questioning it, I only got the same response back. Its like talking to a preprogrammed computer, which has been programmed very poorly and limited. I would not recommend this service to anyone. It could be a total waist of money and definitly has been a very big waist of time.
