Having been a small webhost and subsequently rented dedicated servers for several years, I was skeptical about stepping back into the world of shared hosting.

However, I was very pleasantly surprised by this budget webhost - My fears about a lack of control were quickly put at ease when I saw the speed with which they processed my order. Within a matter of minutes I had a confirmation E-Mail containing everything from my IP address, login details to DNS servers and who I should contact if I had any problems.

I've now used this service for over 6 months with little more than a small DNS error which was very quickly resolved for me. Overall, this equated to around an hour or two of downtime in all the time I've been with them as far as I'm aware - Pretty impressive from a host with such low prices.

I've got no gripes with hosting other sites with them now and would heartily recommend them to anyone. If you're looking to host a personal or small business website, these guys are perfect - Cheap, reliable and supportive when it counts.
