Based on each client’s situation, we most of the time wave the 30-day cancellation policy as a courtesy if it is merited. In your case, you submitted a ticket requesting to cancel your account on February 22, 2010. It takes up to 24 hours to process the cancellation and we ensured you were aware of this. While your request was being taken care of by our billing department, you wrote this review about us.
On February 23, 2010, we informed you that we credit your account and would take 5 business days for the transaction to be posted on your account.
