| They may appear cheap, but don't be fooled, their service is terrible. They are fine until there is a problem, when they will stop responding to emails.Also the control panel is useless, the features on the accounts are poor. Anyway, if you are reading this and thinking of using Supanames don't there are far better hosts out there. |

| I had webhosting with Supanames for four years before I finally had enough. They are cheap, yes, but in this case you really do get what you pay for - a cheap service, poor technical support, no proper control panel fo r your site, and - worst of all - completely unreliable email. From experience I would say to avoid them at all costs. I have moved my site off Supanames despite there being six months hosting left, and shifted it to a real webhost. Supanames are amateurs who have no idea how to run a webhosting service. |

| I as a complete novice have used supanames for about 5 months now. Thanks for there prompt professional support even on the weekends I am mastering some of the more difficult of tasks. I have to say though you would expect 'average' service for the costs but it's 'premium'. Highly recommend them. Thanks Supanames. |
