| Twice now I have had serious issues with PW! They made no attempt to fix or correct the problem! Actually treated me like I was the problem both times! After 3yrs. with PW my site is down again and I am looking for a new Host!!! |

| Powweb is a mixed bag of tea. You've got a 50/50 chance of getting what you want. Customer service takes 14-46 minutes on average. No joke! The forum help (customers) are very nice. As for the company, not reliable. Even internetseer.com which pings our site for reliability runs back to us with down time reports. There are better sites out there.
