Hosted for 11 months and not one problem

I have been hosting with Phat Servers (www.phatservers.com) for about 11 months now and I can honestly say that I am very happy with the whole experience. Phat Servers has gone out of their way numerous times to ensure that I am having the best experience with their service. For example, I have had a few issues with installing new software because I was not that familiar with PHP and databases at the time. Phat Servers emailed me and explained what I needed to do and how to do it. My website has not experienced any down time that I have noticed and it always loads nice and quick from anywhere I try to log on from. Customer Service is great I usually get a response within hours of sending an email and they also offer live support over ICQ. I highly recommend this host to anyone who wants a reliable provider because it has worked out very nicely for me. This is not a sales pitch only an honest review of my experience with Phat Servers. I am a proud customer and intend to be for a long time.

Phatservers shared hosting

I have been with Phatservers for years now. The biggest plus I can mention in regards to their hosting services is the excellent technical support. When I was starting out I was new to using scripts and php, and their technical support would assist me in installing various scripts for no extra charge at all. I also had some security problems on one script I was using so they went in and upgraded it for me to avoid any problems.

They also responded to every one of my support requests within 10 minutes. Some other hosts I used would take as much as 2 business days to answer emails.

I would definitely recommend them for newbies due to their excellent tech support and their use of Directadmin, which makes it very easy to administer your domains.
