Cautiously Optimistic

After much due diligence, I opened a reseller account here to manage the 11 domains I support. The reseller account gives me the ability to build feature sets that support the needs of each individual domain.

I have experienced the usual web outages but have been able to at least communicate with the tech help. They are pressured to fix and move on, but with a little insistence, they will actually fix a real problem.

Email was out for a day when they upgraded the server, but all is well now.
