OC Hosting has terrible support

OC Hosting is a terrible company to do business with. They do ridiculous things, like sending notices to your email address when you have already told them you have an email problem. You get contradictory information each time you call in. They don't fix things properly the first time, and then they disavow responsibility. Plus, their customer service reps are not knowledgeable and they are very difficult to understand.

Save your money and go somewhere else. I'm planning to.

They Lost My Account !!! do not use !!!

blasted by hurricane ike, we were finally back with power and ready for bussiness.

Only there was nolonger a website, email, and after waiting 26 minutes to speak to a tech, i was told that my account doesn't exist. they have no records of me. no website. no email. no account in billing.

i spent 3 more hours on the phone, mainly holding. they will not call me back. they are very busy and i should expect a call in the next 4 hours. !!! all of the tech support people i spoke to had difficulty understanding plain conversation. i read my web address slowley and still repeated it 5 times. i will be seeking a new hosting company asap!!!

DO NOT USE!!!!!
