They Lost My Account !!! do not use !!!

blasted by hurricane ike, we were finally back with power and ready for bussiness.

Only there was nolonger a website, email, and after waiting 26 minutes to speak to a tech, i was told that my account doesn't exist. they have no records of me. no website. no email. no account in billing.

i spent 3 more hours on the phone, mainly holding. they will not call me back. they are very busy and i should expect a call in the next 4 hours. !!! all of the tech support people i spoke to had difficulty understanding plain conversation. i read my web address slowley and still repeated it 5 times. i will be seeking a new hosting company asap!!!
