No longer a customer

I was an Obtrix customer for around 1 year, I had been renting a Dedicated Server from them and have switched between two servers in that time. Each server was setup in under 48 hours and I felt comfortable sending them my money. This last month I decided to upgrade my server to one of their new servers, I sent them my money with no thought of them ripping me off. Well, 550+ US later, I have no server and they have yet to reply to me about not setting up my server. The uptime and customer service always seemed good, as well as the service they provided, so I did not even think they would end up ripping me off. Do youself a favour and avoid them!!

Biggest Con: Watch your wallet

Great VPS

I've had a VPS with Obtrix for over 3 months now, And they're had 100% uptime so far, and excellent support (usually get replies within 30mins or less!). I always get fast, constant speeds and for a price you could never imagine. I was glad that they setup a custom plan for me as the plans they had didn't suit me very well (while i needed less RAM, i needed more disk space and bandwidth).

Biggest Pro: Custom Plan, Excellent Price!!
Biggest Con: IPv6 is a bit unstable
