Have used several reseller service over the years but nothing touches NEXCESS.

Their pricing is most competitive (even for an Australia). Their service is second to none and nothing is too much trouble.

I would recommend NEXCESS to anyone that requires hosting, and especially for resellers.

Excellent Service

I have been with Nexcess.net a little over two years now and I haven't had one bad experience yet. The beauty of their hosting is that it is so reliable and the support is so good, I don't have to spend any time worrying about it.

When I have had to contact support for any reason the answer came almost immediately. Early on in my time there, I changed the domain name of my site and Nexcess not only made the switch for me, they moved the files and made sure everything was up and running. I don't have a large account with them, so I was impressed to get such personal service.

I don't know the stats on the uptime for my site, but I know that it has never been down for me and the connection is always quick and reliable.

I know there might be cheaper hosts out there, but Nexcess.net still has a very reasonable price for their packages and the little bit more I pay each year is unquestionably worth it for me.
