Don't do it!

This is the worst hosting I have ever had. I has a plan that included hosting for 5 sites. After an "upgrade" they lost all but the root account including the DBs associate with the account. On a service ticket I open I asked them to setup their stuff to point to my site I got replies back like you should back things up. My question "How do you back up a DNS and MX record on a hosted site" I had the data, files and assets with the sites but no longer had any way of setup the DNS and MX records from their admin screens to point to more than on site.

The ticket was closed when I switched host with a "we don't host this site" . After they no longer hosted any of my sites the actually charged for the next quarter and refused to refund the money.

Biggest Con: They don't khow a DNS record from there @ss
