So far so good!

I have joined this host recently and so far I'm very impressed. Accounts seem to be created manually but very fast, my account was setup around an hour and a half after payment. I did have a small issue and I called their office, they were very helpful on the phone.

I have had a lot of expierience with resellers, this one seems so far to be one of the better ones. They seem to have built their own ticket system, its not one I reconise. Theirs is a bit basic but makes getting help rather painless.

My only worry so far is that prices are very low. They claim not to overload servers with resellers, so that is good and so far my server is very responsive. That being said I think they are quite a new outfit and would expect prices to rise at some point.

Cant say I've had any downtime that I have noticed?

Biggest Pro: very friendly phone support
Biggest Con: prices low, get feeling they will rise
