Green, fast, dependable, and completely lacking surprises

I figured that by hosting with a green host, and a new company at that, certain things might be lacking, but this host has so far completely exceeded my expectations. I was hosting on another provider and my site got shut down for having too many files. Yes, too many files! Apparently one of the software products I was using was producing cache files that quickly ate up space and amounted to 100k of files. I was not aware I could be shut down for such a thing, but I was. In any event I had to switch to a new hosting company fast, and one that knew a thing or two about scripting so they could fix my issue. So I called Lush after visiting their website. I was informed on the phone that Lush is a new company and I was treated like I was very welcomed. I actually felt like the sales guy was excited to talk to me and he was. I told the guy at Lush my story and he said he has heard of this and that he can definitely help me. First off, I had several gigabytes of files to transfer from my old host and Lush offered to perform this transfer for free. The sales guy got a tech support guy on the phone with me and working together we figured out a solution to my cache problem. So we deleted all the cache files, transferred everything over to Lush and my new site was ready to go within 30 minutes. The site is soooo much faster than it was on the old server and when I asked why, Lush told me that they don't put more than 20 sites on each server to keep the load down. I have had zero downtime and my site is running like a champ.
