Billing department unbareable and unresponsive. Tech support slow

I used Lightning Servers for several years and was never particularly happy with them. Tech support often took over 24 hours to repond or didn't respond at all. I had several long outages of 4 - 6 hours. Once I cancelled my hosting I continued to get charged a monthly fee and had to make a request to my credit card company to stop accepting their charges. I get daily emails from their billing department telling me my payment was declined. Would never do business with Lightning Servers again.
