Jumba Customer Service Non-existent
I have been with Jumba for a while now and if I had more time on my hands, I'd definitely make a switch to a new host. They started off very well but have just been getting worst and worst and wost. Of the 10+ support tickets that I've raised, only one has EVER been 'answered' and that answer didn't even help at all! Their awestats are not updated daily - it almost seems like they have someone manually pressing the generate awestats button because it updates only a couple of times a week and at different times! (wtf?).
I have no idea how you can run a web host without answering customer queries and support. Biggest Pro: Australian Tax Invoices Biggest Con: No Customer Service
