JarHost's support isn't the best in the world and sometimes can appear that the staff are suffering from a lack of communication with one another.

Uptime is relatively good, with no major outages or downtime incurred on the customer's end. The company have opted to use DirectAdmin, being a competant user of Cpanel I was a little daunted at first but the DirectAdmin control panel is very easy to use. All of the same features of Cpanel are mimicked within DirectAdmin.

If you're a competant website owner who needs little help, then you might consider JarHosts as a reliable, stable host.
