Solid and very helpful

I will admit there have been some hiccups with their service but their support was very good. Now, a big downside is that their technical support is not 24/7. Yes, their website says it is 24/7 but no way, no how.

But, my small website didn't need to be up 24/7 so I was not too worried about it. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the way they have helped me on my websites. So, if you have a small website I have no fear in giving them 2 thumbs up. If you have a mission critical website, well, I just don't have enough information for you.

Biggest Pro: Damion (sales person)
Biggest Con: not really 24/7 support
