HostRail - Do NOT use them

I had been looking for a reliable shared hosting provider that had servers located in the Netherlands for a long time. I had some suggestions and one was HostRail. I looked at their reviews and people were on two ends of the spectrum. Many were saying they were great and they provide excellent service while others were saying they were dreadful and provided the worst support and service. I am one of those people that had to deal with the worst possible connection speeds, slowest support ever, and I basically lost my money completely because they will NOT give any refunds to buyers for monthly hosting. Not to mention the HORRIBLE uptime my website was getting. It was about for about 20 minutes every 10-11 hours.

Long story short: They have dodgy support that takes days to reply. Their uptime is just ridiculous. They are not reliable at all and I would not suggest hosting a website in which you plan on making successful because your website will most likely remain offline 3/4 of the time you are hosted with them.

Biggest Con: The support team usually takes more then 24-48 hours to respond to any ticket.
