Will not cancel contract

I cancel my contract with Hostingzoom on January 16 2012.
They still charge my credit card with the amount after canceling and will not aknowledge the card company or I will a response. Have try to call them with no luck.
The web site is not available for seeing.
My advice is not to do business with this site.

CONTANT DOWN TIME

I came to Hosting Zoom (http://www.hostingzoom.com) for a reseller account and their downtown was out of control. Out of the 1 week I was with them, my sites were completely down 18 different times and their DNS failed an uptime check more than 750 times. Various reasons they gave me such as;

* Server overloads
* DNS Attacks
* Apache overloaded
* Unknown Reason
* And they best excuse - "I don't know"

I went from a 99.98% uptime with my previous host to a 93.46% uptime with Hosting Zoom in just a matter of days. Needless to say I wasn't going to stick around and let them destroy my business. Word of advise, if you value your hosting and/or customers, DO NOT go to Hosting Zoom (http://www.hostingzoom.com).
