Great in some areas, lacking in others

Host-It-All has been a pretty reliable host for me thus far. I have been a customer of theirs for about a month and a half now and the only real weak link in their product is the tech support. If you have a problem with your site you are probably better off just googling the error message. Their uptime has been just okay so far. They were down for a few hours about a week ago, but other than that it has been good. The connection speed when uploading or downloading is awesome. Overall, I would recommend Host-It-All to a friend.
