Stay Away from GWS-Host.

I would like to inform-warn all of you to stay away from this company. It is an unethical company that uses abusive practices to exploit its customers. I was unlucky to be a victom of them. I used their services for a year and a half approximately. Their web-hosting services were acceptable and I did not have any issue with that. But I was forced to pay twice (under the threat that If I do not do that they will suspend my accounts and websites immediately) penalties of approximately $ 300, in the first case because they allegedly received a spam e-mail from my e-mail account ( I know that it does not make sense) and the second time because I delayed for 2 days to pay the bill. In both cases they told me that these penalties were part of the terms and conditions. I answered to them telling them that these practices even-though are legal they are unethical. From a customer's service point of view, their quality of service is below 0. They have a philosophy of exploitation and bulllying under the face of professionalism. For these reasons, avoid them at all costs.
