Okay, but could be better

I've been with Geek Storage for about a year and a half. I started with a simple shared plan, then moved to a reseller with an additional VPS account. I also use two other hosting services. Geek Storage provides great value and features for the money. Reliability, mostly with email, has been an issue at times and the level of tech support seems to be falling off lately. I remain a customer because of the value and features offered and am hoping the support level and reliability will improve.
