eWire Is Just Amazing!

I have been with eWire for about two months now, and I am very satisfied with their service, I will talk about my experience with them.

What got my attention was the pricing! I was looking for a good host that I can afford, with respect to the amount of money I make from my site. I didn't need a lot of space/bandwidth, but when I saw the amount of space/bandwidth they were giving for a great price, I had to buy it. There online billing system was something I wasn't used to. So, I searched around the site and found out they had online help available. I added them on my MSN Messenger, and they talked to me right away, and helped me through each step of the billing process. They took the time to explain to me what features they had or didn’t have, and what was coming soon etc. My account was activated instantly, I was able to get my site up in fifteen minutes. The first day, my site was running really fast, but the next day it was going terribly slow, and at times, it wouldn't work. So, I contacted them, and they mentioned that their server capacity was 256, and that it will be upgraded to 900 or so. So, I waited about 5 to 6 hours, and my site began to work, and the uptime now is very good! What I love about eWire is that they take good care of their servers, and they email me when they are doing an upgrade. They perform upgrades often, usually adding more ram, and HDD space, and make weekly backups. Daily backups would be great but, weekly is still good enough for me. They also send me statistics of my site, everyday. This is what I find really great, this way, I can keep track of traffic, and know when I promoted my site etc. I have referred two of my friends to eWire, they have larger websites, so they bought a larger package, but they had no trouble since I helped them out with everything including billing. They have flexible payment options, I am best with monthly payments, but they have monthly, semi-annual and annual payments. They mentioned to me that, if I ever have any financial problems, I can hold payments, for a months time. This way, if I can't pay for a month, I can pay the next month, and my site will still be working. Once in a while they put up special offers, there are none that I have tried, but on their weekly newsletter, they mentioned it. I am eagerly waiting for one of them. Another great thing about eWire, is the fact that they offer price matching. Which means I if I find another company offering better deals for better prices, eWire will beat the competitors by 10 to 25 percent. I would be glad to find one though, my price would drop. I am also, soon planning on getting a reseller package from eWire, and starting my own hosting company! I am so satisfied with their service, I believe they are the right people I can start my own business from. All in all, eWire has been on my side, and I am sure it will be!
