Lots of down time little service

We have been hosting our site for sometime with Enom. We will be moving tomorrow. It took a month for us to get our SSL cert straitened out. They moved the server and IP we were on last month and our SSL cert now has the wrong IP and people get an error in IE when they try to go to the pay portion of the site.

Currently we are not even up and haven’t been since this morning despite my repeated calls. The people that answer the phone know nothing and I cannot seem to get past them to people that do. My ticket finally got updated from new to waiting on inside hopefully someone will look at it now.

Fortunately I was not responsible for selecting these hacks for our hosting. I assume they were selected for the price 5.95 a month, but I will be responsible for moving away from them. Spend the extra 5 or so and go with a functional company.

Biggest Pro: Cheap
Biggest Con: Website doesn’t work and support is virtually non existent.
