Pass on these guys

Same experience as previous reviewer - I was with them for over 6 years. Customer service was always poor, but I didn't need it very often. They did a major upgrade just 2 months after my annual renewal, and my site was down for over a week. No response on email or phone. It took them 3 weeks to get back to me about canceling my account, and they still refuse to give me a refund for my recent renewal. Customer service was rude when I requested a renewal in the first place. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and they still refuse a refund.

Stay away!

Used these guys for years till they decided to UPGRADE there servers .My site was down for a week and I lost thousands of dollars of business so I moved to another host.Three weeks later there upgrade is still not complete? Totally incompetent people .To add insult to injury they had just charged me for renewel and refused to give a refund !!! Very dishonest folks .Stay far away!!!!!!
