Stay away

I hosted with these people for a little over a year. At first they were great but in the last month they have totally turned to crap. My raw stats, awstats, webalizer have been broken for over a month. I was accused off doing things I DID NOT and would NEVER have down. My server was and multiple spam lists for weeks and no one seemed to care. Every time they got it off it would immediately go back on. I think they have had a major staffing cut back and can not keep things running anymore. It is sad because they where once best kept secret. When I canceled after many tickets, phone calls, and live chats over weeks of having these problems I never even got an I am sorry for the problems or abuse for being falsely accused. Stay away. They have serious problems!

Affordable yet wonderful shared hosting

When I was first time looking at a paid shared hosting company, I was quite suspicious about DownTown Host (DTH), because they were offering me great plans, too great. However, after using them for 3 weeks I must admit that their service has been awesome. They support me more than my mom and dad.

I prepaid for two years for the price of $99.6 (after applying my custom requested coupon 'kaisellgren' which does not work anymore) and I have been happy so far.

I really recommend these guys if their plans are enough for you. I am constantly using around 40 GB traffic and 3 GB space. No problems so far :)

Biggest Pro: Unbeatable price compared to server resources/speed.
Biggest Con: Sometimes my emails go to Gmail's spambox, but after clicking "mark as nonspam" it will not go anymore.
