| We signed up for hosting at Interland based on the price for a given spec for a fairly heavy-duty machine, and they assured us that they had 24x7 support. Things were good even into the evening during the week, but at 4pm ET on a Saturday I fell into the hold queue and never made it out ... even after two
hours of waiting just to see if they would ever pick up! I simultaneously called in on my cell phone (free weekend minutes, thank
heavens) but gave that up after 15 minutes and went back to listening to their music on hold over my speakerphone. Their price was moderately competitive (but datapipe [see my review elsewhere] ended up beating it anyway) and their services, when I could get them, friendly, but it definitely was not the level we were promised. :-D |
