Don't use Cyberpixels for webhosting.

Cyberpixels won't get any more of my business.

I've had them host my website for three years and everything was fine as long as you didn't need support. Their website says they give support within 24 hours, but I've NEVER heard back from them. They LIE

A few months ago I started getting bounce back emails from friends that indicated I was blocked because my IP address had sent spam, which of course I had not, but the shared IP address from Cyberpixels must have. They never responded to multiple requests to move me to another server.

Then when I wanted to switch to another hosting provider Cyberpixels has refused to transfer my site's nameserver location to point to the new service. They have not returned my calls and to add insult, they have changed by passwords to the client portal so I can't even get inside my own account! Shame on them. Now I will lose my domain name if I can't get it from their server.

Evidently, they plug webhosting review sites with "great support!" LIES, ALL LIES

Biggest Con: No Support
