Do you have more than 1 web site?Host Gator lets you host as many web sites as you want in 1 account. This is a great way to save money if you have more than 1 web site, or if you plan on opening more in the near future. |

| I registered for 4 years worth of domain registration exactly 2 years ago, which leaves me with 2 years left. They and their partner Names4ever.com have deleted my domain from the root name server. They have also locked down the domain, which prevents me from tramsferring it to another, more reliable host. I AM HOSED and losing over $1k/day in sales as a result. |

| I've been with this host for years, they started out fabulous, never too friendly but they responded quickly and such. They started to get really bad with their customer service to the point where I had to email multiple times to get something accomplished. Finally, I made the decision to switch to another host..I don't have timie to make requests 5 times and STILL have them not done (this happened!) I emailed my request to cancel my account and was given the run around (call us to discuss this problem....I don't want to discuss anything just cancel my account...are you sure? CANCEL MY ACCOUNT...well, okay if you're sure
you must fill out this form, etc) So I fill the form out..all before my monthly renewal and wouldn't you know...they charged me for another month anyhow. Then they promised (have it in writing from them) a credit within 5 days...it's 2 weeks later and NOTHING. Just confirms my decision to switch was correct. GREAT control panel but it's not worth it if for me if there's no service to speak of. So far am VERY happy with Lunarpages. |
