WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN

BPSPACE IS A SCAM!!! I paid for 3 years of hosting, and the support was HORRIBLE! My sites were down and not functioning for weeks - they didn't even know how to do a site transfer correctly. I was very patient and after about a month and a half of problems, I asked MULTIPLE times for a refund directly from Ben, and he said he would credit my PayPal and then he ignored me. Now the bpspace.com site is down, the owner and his staff took my money and have not provided any service. BEWARE OF BPSPACE, BEN, and his rip-off offers!!! He will take your money and run!

I can't even rate anything above a 0 because I practically never had properly working service.

Biggest Con: No support and total lack of knowledge by support staff

Having paid and set up a hosting account and then encountering a small problem, which was entirely my fault, I forgot the email account details I set it with (Duh). I contacted the support explaining the issue and providing them with the paypal account details used to purchase the hosting (unequivocal proof I would have thought) They replied to my first two emails and then nothing in the last 24 hours, despite me sending several mails to them prompting a response.
Shocking service then, avoid them at all costs.
