| Upgraded to value for their garrantied 2 hour support has been over a week and still no responce. No phone number to call most of the online email forms go to closed email accounts (try complaints) Have tried to get my money refunded for a week and can get no responce at all from anyone except the undeliverable email returns from complaints,suggestions,sales. The support and billing do not come back they just dont answer them. Have now complained to BBB and chamber of commerence in U.T.. Dont risk the aggravation. |
