Solid Hosting for Cheap

For the four months I have hosted my site on Bihira, I have had a very positive experience. The main reason I chose Bihira was the very cheap price ($2.50 per month). Even at this price, you get all the features you would expect from a more expensive host. I was a little worried about uptime, but there has only been one day during the last four months when my site endured considerable downtime. I appreciate the fact that the owner is very upfront about downtime issues. He posts notices when downtime is expected, and explains unexpected outages in the forum. Support is probably Bihira’s weakest area, as there is only one main guy running the site. I posted a help ticket once, but eventually figured it out myself before they got back to me. Even with the shared hosting, though, my site has been responsive, reliable, and quick to load. Overall, Bihira provides great service for the price, especially if you don’t frequently need support.
