Garbage

Atlantic.Net is total garbage and hype. You can't scale down the cloud server, it crashes constantly inevitably corrupting the VM disk. Their support claims to be 247 yet they probably only have one guy handling everything sometimes. I was told I had a $15 credit and of course come billing time it was not applied, along with the correct SLA credits for their mistakes. Their billing department processes are trash. They claimed they sent me an email but I never got it. Probably more of their broken systems. My friend recommended to try their cloud as he colos there but after my experience he did admit that Atlantic is the ghetto of data centers as well. Price speaks for itself and you do get what you pay for. A total depressing experience. I couldn't imagine what their other services are like and how they retain any customers.

Biggest Con: Everything
