Apollo hosting worst ever

Apollo Hosting, Inc., based in Austin, TX (Tamara Field, founder,

Apollo Hosting running a script on their servers that was corrupted, deleted our entire website. After 2 days of calls, emails, lots of messages, only with tech support as there was no manager or anyone in charge available - resulted in techs telling us that they did not back up the website and could only recover part.

Stay away from Apollo Hosting. You may lose your website. Their attitude was on the level of "NOT OUR PROBLEM! We had always been told by Apollo Hosting that they keeps backup up all websites. Not true! As it turns out.

They don't. Do not trust your website to Apollo Hosting. We are still waiting for a manager to come to work so that they can have someone recover what they deleted, hopefully.

Techs say they cannot recover what they deleted.

We will be filing legal action if they cannot restore.

Biggest Pro: None, our website is not working.
Biggest Con: 24/7 tech support is a lie. Very little tech support
