This host has serious security problems

This host has serious security problems that they apparently are not willing to fix (or don't know how).

Before getting involved with them, we suggest you to Google for "Apache Vps hacked".

We were hosted at apachevps.com. Malicious code and hundreds of hidden links to porn sites were injected in every Index page (php and html) of all our domains hosted there. The hack went undetected for weeks. As a result, we lost our search engines ranking and had to spend many work hours cleaning up the mess and moving to another host. The worst part is that apachevps.com kept totally silent about the problem that they knew of.

Due to the large number of affected users, it's obvious that this hack was (and maybe still is) performed server-wide and more than once. Not only did apachevps.com hide the fact but worse, when asked for explanations, they denied the problem and candidly suggested we change our login and FTP passwords...
