000site has their rating in their title

When I signed up for the hosting company they asked me to review them. All I can say about that is I should of waited until I actually had their hosting. In the beginning their tech support was super now it really sucks!

They don't answer tickets because he(puyarules at yahoo.com) wants to use a forum instead of the ticket system. This is the same person who doesn't fix any hosting issues. I've got site monitoring and my site is offline more than it's online and that goes for their main site too. He stated it's a dns problem but that's not fixed either.

Save yourself the agravation when it comes to hosting 000site rates a big fat "0". Their hosting even though the server is located in Ohio the page loads are as slow as a turtle.

Someone else posted about a limit on uploads of which is retarded to say the least. If you're looking for reliable hosting keep looking because this hosting company is light years away from being reliable!
